Easter Sunday is here and I guess that marks the end of easter, but I have decided to continue this little series of posts on for one more day, as it is for the easter weekend, and many people are still off of work tomorrow! And I may have been having fun making these and looking at books I love :P.
Book I Love
Clockwork Angel- Cassandra Clare
When sixteen-year-old Tessa Gray crosses the ocean to find her brother, her destination is England, the time is the reign of Queen Victoria, and something terrifying is waiting for her in London's Downworld, where vampires, warlocks and other supernatural folk stalk the gaslit streets. Only the Shadowhunters, warriors dedicated to ridding the world of demons, keep order amidst the chaos.
Friendless and hunted, Tessa takes refuge with the Shadowhunters of the London Institute, who swear to find her brother if she will use her power to help them. She soon finds herself fascinated by—and torn between—two best friends: James, whose fragile beauty hides a deadly secret, and blue-eyed Will, whose caustic wit and volatile moods keep everyone in his life at arm's length . . . everyone, that is, but Tessa. As their search draws them deep into the heart of an arcane plot that threatens to destroy the Shadowhunters, Tessa realizes that she may need to choose between saving her brother and helping her new friends save the world. . . . and that love may be the most dangerous magic of all.

Easter Weekend Day One!
I posted earlier in the week about possibly doing a little series of posts over the Easter weekend. I decided to include one book I love and one book I want to buy in each day! It was hard trying to find books I love that I haven't spoken about loads on here already, so some of them may not be from my absolute favourites list!
Book I Love
The Replacement- Brenna Yovanoff
Mackie Doyle is not one of us. Though he lives in the small town of Gentry, he comes from a world of tunnels and black murky water, a world of living dead girls ruled by a little tattooed princess. He is a Replacement, left in the crib of a human baby sixteen years ago. Now, because of fatal allergies to iron, blood, and consecrated ground, Mackie is fighting to survive in the human world.
Mackie would give anything to live among us, to practice on his bass or spend time with his crush, Tate. But when Tate's baby sister goes missing, Mackie is drawn irrevocably into the underworld of Gentry, known as Mayhem. He must face the dark creatures of the Slag Heaps and find his rightful place, in our world, or theirs.
Book I Want To Buy
Uglies- Scott Westerfeld
Tally can't wait to turn sixteen and become pretty. Sixteen is the magic number that brings a transformation from repellent Ugly into a stunningly attractive Pretty, and catapults you into a high-tech paradise where your only job is to have a really great time. In just a few weeks, Tally will be there.
But Tally's new friend, Shay, isn't sure she wants to be Pretty. She'd rather risk life on the outside. When Shay runs away, Tally learns about a whole new side of the Pretty world - and it isn't very pretty. The authorities offer Tally the worst choice she can imagine: find her friend and turn her in, or never turn Pretty at all. The choice Tally makes changes her world forever.

Waiting on Wednesday!
I haven't done a proper waiting on Wednesday for a while so here we go! I have picked just a few books to feature in this post, and some have been featured in previous waiting on Wednesdays.
1. Clockwork Princess- Cassandra Clare
A net of shadows begins to tighten around the Shadowhunters of
the London Institute. Mortmain plans to use his Infernal Devices, an army of pitiless automatons, to destroy the Shadowhunters. He needs only one last item to complete his plan: he needs Tessa Gray.
Charlotte Branwell, head of the London Institute, is desperate to find Mortmain before he strikes. But when Mortmain abducts Tessa, the boys who lay equal claim to her heart, Jem and Will, will do anything to save her. For though Tessa and Jem are now engaged, Will is as much in love with her as ever.
As those who love Tessa rally to rescue her from Mortmain’s clutches, Tessa realizes that the only person who can save her is herself. But can a single girl, even one who can command the power of angels, face down an entire army?
Danger and betrayal, secrets and enchantment, and the tangled threads of love and loss intertwine as the Shadowhunters are pushed to the very brink of destruction in the breathtaking conclusion to the Infernal Devices trilogy.
The release date for the final instalment on the infernal devices has come and gone! I have been waiting a while for this and I am super excited that it is finally here!
2. If I Should Die - Amy Plum
I will not lose another person I love. I will not let history repeat itself.
Vincent waited lifetimes to find me, but in an instant our future together was shattered. He was betrayed by someone we both called a friend, and I lost him. Now our enemy is determined to rule over France’s immortals, and willing to wage a war to get what they want.
It shouldn’t be possible, none of it should be, but this is my reality. I know Vincent is somewhere out there, I know he’s not completely gone, and I will do anything to save him.
After what we’ve already fought to achieve, a life without Vincent is unimaginable. He once swore to avoid dying—to go against his nature and forsake sacrificing himself for others—so that we could be together. How can I not risk everything to bring my love back to me?
The third book in the revenants series is being released this year, and it has been such a hard wait for it, after how the last book ended! But not that long left to wait with it being released on May 7th.
3. Goddess - Josephine Angelini
She must rise, or they will fall ...Helen's powers are increasing--and so is the distance between her and her mortal friends. To make matters worse, the Oracle reveals that a dangerous traitor is lurking among them, and all fingers point to Orion. Still unsure whether she loves him or Lucas, Helen is forced to make a terrifying decision, or risk all-out war.
This is the third book in this series by Josephine Angelini, that includes Starcrossed and Dreamless. I first cam across these books las summer I believe, and loved them! I always love a book that includes greek mythology, and I cant wait for this to be released this year!.

Easter!
So for the Easter weekend I was thinking about posting a book a day that I am going to get, or maybe a book a day that I absolutely love! Maybe one of each? Hopefully this will help sort out the lack of posts on here! Keep an eye out on Friday to see how this turns out!

Finale Review!
Hey guys! So here is a quick a maybe a little vague review for finale, its only vague as I didn't want to say too much that could give away too much of the series before this book! I know I posted a review on the first book in the series (Hush, Hush) quite a while ago, and as of yet I haven't done reviews on the other two, but even though I finished Finale a long time ago I still feel like I really need to tell you guys about it!
Will love conquer all?Nora and Patch thought their troubles were behind them. Hank is gone and they should be able to put his ugly vendetta to rest. But in Hank's absence, Nora has become the unwitting head of the Nephilim and must finish what Hank began. Which ultimately means destroying the fallen angels - destroying Patch.
Nora will never let that happen, so she and Patch make a plan: lead everyone to believe they have broken up, and work the system from the inside. Nora will convince the Nephilim that they are making a mistake in fighting the fallen angels, and Patch will find out everything he can from the opposing side. They will end this war before it can even begin.
But the best-laid plans often go awry. Nora is put through the paces in her new role and finds herself drawn to an addictive power she never anticipated.
As the battle lines are drawn, Nora and Patch must confront the differences that have always been between them and either choose to ignore them or let them destroy the love they have always fought for.
I absolutely loved this book from start to finish, but that is really no surprise! I don't think that anyone can find a flaw in this book, except maybe that it is the end of the series, but even that has been executed fantastically.
So as you may know (if you have read the first 3 books in the series, if not then go and read them!) Nora is the main protagonist and also a Nephil, part human part angel, since she got turned in a previous book. Patch has been many things, a fallen angel, to Nora's guardian angel and so on. Their relationship is one that keeps you hooked, and keeps you rooting for them no matter what happens in the book! I love how them and their relationship is written, you either want them (Patch of course), want to be them or want to have what they have.
So in Finale we see the end of the war between the angels and the nephilim, the whole story finally comes together completely, and everything gets answered. It has to be one of the best books in the whole series, it even managed to make me fully cry for a while, and not many books can do that! The book moves along at a very good pace, much like the rest of the series does, and crams a hell of a lot into the book! This book is, in all ways a final book, but whilst reading it you forget that the end is coming, and not just the end of the book.
I really don't want to say too much about this book, because I don't want to take anything away from it for those of you who have not read it yet, I want you to get the full effect of this book. This makes it very hard to write a review for it, so im sorry that it is not the best review ever. Just know that this book is a must read, although most of you that have read the Hush, Hush series will already be dying to read it, and it is essential that you do! Those of you that have not read the Hush, Hush series really need to go and start now, and I advise that you read my review of Hush, Hush which is book number one in the series. You can read it here.
Bye for now :)
